Architectural practiceChanges of use
A change of use adapts a building, or part of it, for a new purpose. The design considers spatial arrangements, access and the technical requirements of the proposed use.
Design work examines how existing spaces and structures can accommodate the proposed use. Architectural plans are coordinated with structural and building services designs.
The practice’s projects include offices converted into accommodation, shops into restaurants and Luther Church’s return from restaurant use to a church and parish centre. Each design begins with the particular building and its future users.
